Connection to my innermost to navigate by is more important to me now than ever
...as are ways to support and empower that connection

Sure there was significant trauma by a very young age, which I went on to compound in inexplicable ways......as is so often the case.

We know from decades of observation that trauma attracts trauma, whether subconsciously seeking to resolve a traumatic event that is trapping our life force or simply because the distortion being there resonates with similar distortion.

While neurological development is often permanently affected, especially if the damage occurred before the age of 7, the emotional residue and subtle patterns created by adverse experiences and the effects they have on our life force can be addressed.

I mostly couldn't even recall or uncover what actually happened until much later in my life... my mind faithfully protecting the little girl, but this was not at all helpful for the young woman trying to navigate her way in the world, and with others. I was missing vital parts of my capacity and experienced intense and subjective phenomena within that were significantly destabilizing.
